About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and everyday users. You'll be at the heart of product launches, ensuring that new features and functionalities are not just understood, but embraced. Your expertise will directly influence user satisfaction and product adoption by crafting intuitive and accessible content that empowers users worldwide. You will contribute to key projects and initiatives, collaborating across diverse teams to deliver content that truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Write and project-manage comprehensive help center support articles, guiding them from initial concept through to successful publication.
• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for exciting new product launches.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product management, user experience design, legal, policy, and Go-To-Market teams, to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Leverage advanced AI tools for rapid product knowledge acquisition and efficient content drafting, pushing the boundaries of content creation.
• Strictly adhere to internal style guides and documentation frameworks, maintaining a consistent and high-quality user experience.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging video scripts, specifically focusing on the written content for educational tutorials that demystify complex topics.
• Masterfully manage multiple content topics and articles concurrently within a dynamic and fast-paced project environment, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in professional written content creation, with substantial expertise in help center writing or consumer-facing technical documentation.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with product teams and contributing significantly to successful product launches, ideally within the consumer technology sector.
• Strong organizational skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and iterate on new technologies and intricate information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the agility to adapt language for a broad, diverse, and often unfamiliar audience.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and strong proficiency in common document collaboration platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI chatbots and experience in creating pre-prompted AI tools for enhanced content generation.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing published help articles, technical documentation, or educational video content.
• Previous experience working with a major global technology company or within an agency environment.
