- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Administrative duties including verification forms, IT provisioning, processing reimbursements, assisting with GME projects, etc.
- Assist in managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring appropriate resource utilization and timely documentation of project phases.
- Provide leadership and support across financial management, human resources, communications, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate departmental activities and serve as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
- Manage individual projects, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate workshops and committee meetings.
- Offer expertise in administrative processes and paperwork flow, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
- Support human resources functions by providing policy and procedure guidance, ensuring timely submission of evaluations, coordinating new employee hiring, and conducting initial department orientation.
- Oversee equipment and supplies, conduct inventory reviews, prepare facility reports, and track cost management efforts.
- Coordinate and manage various events.
- Facilitate support requests from various departments and ensure new hires are equipped with necessary resources at the right place and time.
- Participate in special projects and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple, diverse tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach to seeking out and obtaining information.
- Strong judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and maintain composure with all levels of staff and external partners.
- A professional and responsible approach to all assigned duties.
- Proficiency in creating and managing accurate file systems consistent with standard office practices.
- Critical thinking and time management skills to develop effective work plans.
- Interest and ability to learn new software programs as required.
- Intermediate proficiency with standard office software systems including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, as well as general office equipment.
- Commitment to following safety policies and incorporating ergonomic principles.
- Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, or GME experience/hospital credentialing experience

- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
- Understanding of medical education administration or hospital credentialing processes.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of healthcare organization structures.
