Our leading financial client is seeking a Junior Production Designer to join their creative team. In this role, you will focus primarily on the technical execution and production side of design. Your main responsibilities will involve resizing assets, preparing print and digital files, and ensuring all visual collateral meets brand standards across a wide variety of formats. What You'll Do:



  • Asset Resizing & Reformatting: Scale, adapt, and format master design files into various digital (banners, social media graphics, web assets) and print dimensions.
  • Production Art: Prepare print-ready mechanicals (setting bleeds, color modes, crop marks, and image resolution) and export optimized digital files.
  • Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and grid structures across all resized assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Double-check files for typos, correct file formatting, missing links, and proper layer organization before final delivery or handoff.

  • File Management: Maintain clear file naming conventions, folder structures, and digital asset management (DAM) organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet tight production deadlines.


What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 0-3 years of production design, graphic design, or internship experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital display specs, print pre-press setup, color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK), and image resolution (DPI/PPI).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.
