What You'll Do Banking Operations & Transaction Processing * Process a high volume of complex regulatory banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. * Navigate multiple banking and processing systems while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). * Evaluate transactions for risk, approval requirements, account limits, and potential fraud concerns. Member & Partner Support * Respond to member and internal partner inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a timely and professional manner. * Research and resolve member, vendor, and internal issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Escalate complex situations and potential concerns to Associates or leadership when appropriate. * Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of member interactions, activities, and transactions. Compliance & Regulatory Support * Assist with specialized regulatory activities. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement * Conduct quality control reviews on assigned processes and transactions. * Monitor and validate transactional reports for accuracy. * Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Share process improvement ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member experience. * Support training efforts and assist in developing fellow associates. What You Bring Required Qualifications * High School Diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a complex environment. * Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and quality. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with governmental banking regulatory reporting activities. * Knowledge of deposit account maintenance, IRA processing, tax reporting, or other banking operations functions.
