Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee structured cabling, low-voltage, and data center infrastructure projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial construction, telecommunications, or data center environments who can effectively coordinate with field teams, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. What You'll Do * Manage structured cabling, low-voltage, and data center infrastructure projects * Partner with Field Supervisors to review project progress, documentation, and deliverables * Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources * Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards * Communicate with customers, field teams, and leadership to ensure project success * Support large-scale cabling, rack infrastructure, and technology deployments * Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track * Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation * Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures * Support and mentor field personnel while promoting a positive team environment What You Bring * Experience managing commercial construction, low-voltage, or data center projects * Knowledge of structured cabling systems, rack infrastructure, and installation best practices * Experience coordinating field teams and subcontractors * OSHA 30 certification * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions Nice to Have * Associate's or Bachelor's degree * Experience supporting large-scale data center projects * Experience managing service contracts or multi-site projects * Familiarity with Visio and project management software Why Apply? * Opportunity to lead high-profile structured cabling and data center projects * Join a fast-growing technology infrastructure organization with significant growth opportunities * Work at the forefront of the rapidly expanding data center industry * Clear career advancement paths into senior leadership and operations roles * Support a team-focused culture that values professional development and innovation * Exposure to cutting-edge technology infrastructure projects supporting the future of AI and digital connectivity Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lithia Springs, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $111150.00 - $118170.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
