Position: Training Manager Department: TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 40 hours per week, Hybrid POSITION SUMMARY: The TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center at Boston Medical Center focuses on pediatric behavioral health integration and collaborates with healthcare practices to expand access to quality behavioral health care for children and families in multicultural pediatric settings. TEAM UP includes a Learning Community that combines clinical training with practice transformation support and an evaluation arm to advance the evidence base for integrated behavioral health care through rigorous mixed methods research. At its core, TEAM UP is a social justice initiative, aimed at increasing access to services and quality care in structurally marginalized communities. The Training Manager works closely with the Director of Workforce Development and Training to manage the day-to-day activities of the clinical training team, including but not limited to training events, curriculum development, and dissemination activities. Additionally, workforce development and field building efforts will fall within the purview of this position, including but not limited to managing the operations of the TEAM UP Center's internship program and matching system. This position will work with the Learning Community Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and communication across the implementation team. This is a hybrid position and requires in-person attendance for particular training events and staff meetings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approximately 75% of work is conducted remotely. Some trainings, monthly staff meetings, and other ad hoc conferences or meetings require attendance in person. Full-time employees are expected to be available for additional in-person activities as needed, and some travel may be required for this position. Compensation Range: $78,000.00- $113,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
