POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the integrated behavioral health services within the Department of Psychiatry, the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician works as a member of the primary care clinic(s). The role of the clinician is to work collaboratively with PCP providers to ensure the behavioral health and substance use needs of the patients are met. The clinician will utilize trauma-informed, strengths based evidence based techniques and theories in providing clinical care to patients and families. Clinical work includes, but are not limited to, conducting assessments, warm hand offs, crisis interventions, making a psychosocial diagnosis, planning and implementing effective short term treatments, evaluation, education and mentoring of the patient and family members. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will focus on assessment, stabilization, triage and evidence-based treatment over short course of therapy sessions (time-limited). Compensation Range: $42.60- $51.92This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
