We're seeking an experienced Product Engineer III to support the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of gas delivery assemblies and OEM components for advanced semiconductor equipment. In this role, you'll collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions, production readiness, supplier development, quality improvements, and technical problem resolution.

What You'll Do:
- Support development, qualification, release, and sustaining activities for gas delivery assemblies and OEM components.
- Partner with suppliers and product engineering teams during new product introduction (NPI), production ramp, and sustaining operations.
- Investigate supplier quality, manufacturing, reliability, and performance issues and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Lead root cause investigations involving suppliers, manufacturing, customer, field, and product-related issues.
- Support Build Verify activities, Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), and product release processes.
- Conduct supplier audits, manufacturing assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Develop and implement Best Known Methods (BKMs), lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage technical projects while supporting program schedules and business objectives.
- Provide technical support for component build, testing, qualification, and production activities.
- Prepare engineering reports, supplier assessments, technical documentation, and project status updates.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Semiconductor Equipment, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting complex mechanical assemblies, OEM components, capital equipment, or semiconductor manufacturing systems.
- 3+ years of experience conducting root cause analysis, technical investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or component manufacturers.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical projects, production readiness activities, or new product introduction programs.
- 2+ years of experience applying statistical analysis, process capability evaluations, and data-driven decision-making techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with semiconductor gas delivery systems, fluid delivery systems, or ultra-high-purity (UHP) components.
- Knowledge of valves, regulators, manifolds, weldments, tubing assemblies, fittings, and fluid handling hardware.
- Experience in supplier quality management, supplier development, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Experience conducting supplier audits, capability assessments, and process evaluations.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, failure analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
- Experience utilizing structured problem-solving tools such as:
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment design, integration, qualification, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience working with global suppliers and multicultural teams.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
- ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality certifications.
- Advanced engineering degree.
