Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

What You'll Do:
  • Lead complex projects, facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure functional specifications, test plans, and project documentation are completed on schedule.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand application requirements, provide functional guidance, and ensure technology solutions support business and customer needs.
  • Develop functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and data-mapping documentation while coordinating or executing testing activities.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to estimate project timelines, assess application impacts, resolve issues, and support successful implementation.
  • Coordinate post-implementation activities, including gathering feedback, resolving issues, completing project debriefs, and ensuring compliance with technology, risk, audit, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in operational/business analytics.

  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.

  • Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
  • Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
  • Advanced knowledge and focus on the entire system to work on projects outside of normal BAU.
  • Ability to effectively use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent understanding of the Bank's application framework.
  • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
  • Ability to understand the business(es) being supported and its terminology.
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
  • Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
  • Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
  • Ability to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Proactive.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or similar conversion experience.
