Job DescriptionTitle:Associate Director, Major Gifts and Philanthropic Partnerships EGPAF's Development department leads the growth of private fundraising to advance the organization's mission to end AIDS and children and ensure that every child has a full and healthy life. This dynamic team secures funding from private philanthropists through annual campaigns, major gifts, funding partnerships, digital engagement, events, and more. The Associate Director plays a critical role in developing, executing, and measuring progress against an aggressive growth strategy - articulated in a new $25M fundraising campaign - for the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is 100,318.00 - 135,413.00annually. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience and training, education and certifications, internal equity, external market data, and budget.
