Job Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the day-to-day recruitment process and provides administrative and coordination support to a team of recruiters. This role manages recruiting activities including candidate scheduling, pre-hire and onboarding processes, requisition and position management, reporting, job posting administration, and candidate communications. The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.

Job Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and recruiting support to recruiters and talent acquisition teams.
  • Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are processed according to internal policies and applicable requirements.
  • Order and verify onboarding documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment activities.
  • Support recruiting activities including sourcing, requisition management, position management, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer generation.
  • Administer and track candidate assessments and candidate and hiring manager experience surveys.
  • Maintain recruiting tracking systems and databases and generate routine recruitment reports.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct job posting and job description audits across recruiting platforms and career sites.
  • Support recruitment marketing activities, including social media, talent networks, and advertising campaigns.
  • Support reporting and process management for employee referral programs.
  • Manage invoices for recruiting and talent acquisition vendors.
  • Support the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of recruiting processes and tools.
  • Assist with recruitment-related projects and other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • 3+ years of recruitment support or recruiting coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting highly administrative recruiting processes and general administrative functions.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, job postings and audits, background checks, pre-hire and onboarding processes, and recruiting reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and effectively pivot when needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information professionally.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Experience



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
