The Associate Director of Career Management will be responsible for career advising of full-time MBA students. Included will be supporting students with self-assessment, career search and job offer decision-making. This position will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base of industries hiring MBAs and companies that recruit at the Kellogg School of Management with a particular focus on assigned industries. The Associate Director must also teach workshops designed to enhance students' professional development and ability to manage their career experiences. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate Director of Coaching. This is a hybrid position - the Associate Director will be in the office three days a week, remote two days a week although there may be weeks which require additional in person work. *Note: Not all aspects of the job are covered by this job description. Target hiring range for this position will be $96,000 - $103,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
