Job Description Shift: Night Shift Premium Amount: $1.00 Pay Rate: $19.00 POSITION SUMMARY: * Under the direction of production management, this position works to perform a variety of operational functions that constitute the production, inspection and distribution of products or services for our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Set up and operate flexographic printing press according to job specifications. * Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of output. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment. * Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure alignment with quality standards. * Adjust press settings to correct problems and improve output. * Load/unload material, inks, and other supplies into the press. * Check and fill Oxidry hopper, when needed. * Obtain proper color ink from ink dispenser and reduce/increase viscosity when Needed to ensure color matches printing specifications. * Maintain accurate production records and logs. * Collaborate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Order correct tubing through the forklift driver servicing the department. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. * As a team member, follow all safety, quality, plant GMP and safe food handling rules Qualifications EDUCATION: * High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIREMENTS: * 1-3 years of experience * Previous experience operating a printing press preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications. * Basic computer skills; 1-2 years of windows applications experience. * Ability to lift a maximum of 40lbs.
