Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator, Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (PAS), Global Medical Oncology

Work Location: Princeton, Pike, NJ

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm

Duration: 6 Months

The Medical function plays a valuable role in maximizing the potential of scientific and medical innovation, bridging clinical development with clinical practice while expanding understanding of the broader healthcare landscape.

This position reports to the Vice President, Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (PAS), and is a key member of the Global Medical Oncology team. The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Coordinator is to support the execution of deliverables across PAS, with a focus on the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the PAS team for day-to-day operations and project-related activities as needed.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate and organize on-site and off-site PAS team meetings, including agenda development and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support recruitment activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
  • Support PAS team members in coordinating and finalizing project expenditures, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and related financial activities.
  • Assist with PAS initiatives, which may include alliance management, portfolio strategy, biomarker initiatives, and clinical guidelines/pathways projects, including project documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage and maintain PAS SharePoint sites and related resources.
  • Coordinate agency and consultancy engagements as required.


Qualification & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization; a scientific background is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in oncology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong follow-through on deliverables.
  • Experience supporting large, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
