Position Summary This Team Lead role reports directly to the Process Engineer. The lead assists leadership with daily activities regarding safety to ensure that the plant is meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. The Lead communicates daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and expectations within the facility. The Lead will be involved in most operational safety aspects of all shifts. They will provide valuable feedback to Supervisors and Managers regarding performance of the safety program and engagement of employees within the facility. Responsibilities 1. Champion safety program(s) to promote a safety-first culture at the plant 14. Ability to work overtime, including short-notice overtime and weekend coverage to meet business needs.
