TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Processor Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area! Position: Processor Assistant Start Date: September 8th Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Description: * Provide administrative support to Processors, enabling them to focus on direct member and realtor engagement, improving communication, efficiency, and overall member experience. * Collect, review, follow-up, and verify mortgage applications and supporting documentation, including income, assets, title, appraisal, and homeowner's insurance (HOI), ensuring completeness and accuracy for underwriting submission. * Evaluate and gather documentation required for Initial Credit Review (ICR) submissions and perform scrub reviews to ensure file readiness and minimize underwriting pends. Requirements: * No time off for 6 months * Must have distraction free work environment at home * Direct access to plug into router Skills and Qualifications: * Customer service experience within a retail or restaurant setting * Strong multitasking skills * Time management and organization * Phone etiquette and communication * Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus Work Environment: * Hands-on training and development provided * Room for long-term advancement If interested, please apply with updated resume and complete the application questions.
