As a Mortgage Loan Officer Producing Team Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of mortgage professionals while also building your own portfolio of lending relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, driving results, and building lasting relationships in the community. What you'll do In this role, you'll balance hands-on mortgage production with sales leadership, helping your team identify opportunities, strengthen referral partnerships, and deliver an outstanding member experience from application through closing. You will work closely with branch leaders, mortgage operations teams, and community partners to grow residential lending while maintaining compliance and service excellence. Day to day, you'll:
