The Business Intelligence Manager leads the team responsible for the strategic planning, application, and execution of business intelligence solutions. This critical role for Midwest Veterinary Supply works closely with the leadership team, stakeholders, and subject matter experts in designing and delivering analytics capabilities along with driving projects, roadmaps, data strategy, and team development. The Business Intelligence Manager is also responsible for delivering the platforms and tools necessary to enable data-driven solutions and data-informed decisions across the company. This role will be hybrid out of our Lakeville, MN Corporate office, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements
Equipment Used Regularly uses multi-line phone system and typical office equipment to include computer keyboard, mouse and terminal, fax, scanner, and copier. Work Environment Work will be performed indoors in a temperature-controlled climate where moderate heat, cold or humidity may be experienced. Moderate exposure to dust and dirt may also be expected. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday with at least three days in an office environment. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required.
