The Role As an Emergency Department Technician, you will be an integral member of a highly collaborative care team serving a diverse patient population across a fast-paced Emergency Department. This is a100% patient-facing positionwhere no two days are alike, and every shift presents opportunities to learn, contribute, and positivelyimpactpatient outcomes. In this role, you will:
Emergency Department Technicians rotate through multiple areas of the department, including trauma care areas, triage support, behavioral health environments, and patient flow operations. This variety provides broad clinical exposure and ongoing opportunities to develop new skills whilemaintainingengagement and professional growth. The departmentoperatesin a fast-moving environment often described as controlled chaos, where adaptability, communication, teamwork, and situational awareness are essential to success. Full-time team members typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, allowing for meaningful work-life balance while remaining fully immersed in emergency medicine. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience: No experience required Licensure: American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS Certification required. For Non-Certified team members hired prior to May 11, 2026, certification is notrequired, as relevant experience will be accepted in its place. Must have one of the following:
