Position Summary

UKG Administrator III is a senior analyst responsible for leading configuration and enhancement efforts in UKG. This individual serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end configuration of complex enhancements involving multiple systems

  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dataviews, and hyperfinds

  • Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues and data dependencies

  • Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with business stakeholders

  • Provide input on system governance, data integrity, and compliance practices

  • Contribute to release management strategy and testing coordination

  • Mentor junior team members and drive process documentation and knowledge sharing

  • Subject-matter expert on multiple configuration areas with a strong understanding of how they are implemented at MultiCare (examples include: Pay Policies, Scheduler Setup, Attestation, reporting, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of UKG WFM experience

  • One or more UKG WFM badges (Foundational)

  • Deep expertise in complex business processes, reporting, and cross-functional integrations

  • Proven experience leading design sessions and mentoring others

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $108,680.00 - $156,353.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
