Job Description
Summary/objective

Buffalo Rock manages the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands.The primary duty of the Regional Administrative Support Manager is to supervise franchise administrative staff, manage audits and other processes/functions across the franchises in the assigned Region, and serve as liaison between the franchises, Regional Shared Services Manager, and the Corporate Controller.

The Regional Administrative Support Manager must be able to exercise independent judgment and discretion in discharging the duties listed below.
- Oversight of all A3 responsibilities as a leader in the functions of local customer pricing/account setup, Settlement, Money room, EMO process, Tel-Sell, payroll, commission, AR, AP, customer service and alcohol guidelines.
- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position and its direct reports.
- Maintain administrative services procedures manual.
- Maintain records, reports, or files.
- Prepare financial and other reports deemed necessary to include KPI (key performance indicator) reports.
- Distribute financial reports to regional and franchise management as designated by Regional Vice President.
- Audit cash room safes monthly with Regional Shared Services Manager to ensure use of proper procedures and protect against theft and fraud.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures with a focus on those procedures impacting the financial statements.

- Audit information as it pertains to customer master files (AP, AR, On-Premise), contract and promotional pricing contracts, Equipment Management Software and CDAs to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise and manage month end closing duties for each Franchise Center located in the Region.
- Handles all business licenses and food safety permits.
- Ensure general ledger accounts balance for monthly P&L by pulling reports via Equipment Management System, SEED, VIP, IDIG and Oracle.
- Enter amounts on corporate spreadsheets (once reconciled) by the fourth business day.
- Supervise and manage preparation of end of year reconciliations and workpapers for review by Corporate finance and accounting in conjunction with the year end audit.
- Ensure appropriate cross training for Franchise Administrative team(s).
- Research and determine how best to centralize administrative functions within the Franchise(s) (customer set up, supplier set up, etc.) and implement and monitor.
- Review Accounts Receivable aging and follow up with appropriate personnel on past due accounts to formulate appropriate collection or other strategies.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required education and experience
- Education:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Required.
- Computer Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ShareFile, OneNote, and OneDrive
- Experience:
- Three (3) years Administrative experience and at least One (1) year Management experience: (or other comparable experience approved by management); Required.
- Certifications and Licenses:
