Job Summary CU Boulder is seeking an organized, diligent, service focused, and research focused Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations and functional effectiveness of the Program Management Office (PMO) in Research & Innovation. This 50% time position is an office enablement role that coordinates workflows, operational processes, business systems, administrative functions, and reporting activities that help the PMO deliver project and program management services across the university. This position serves as a foundational office enablement role within a growing, research-focused PMO. The role supports the operational infrastructure, intake workflows, business systems, reporting practices, and team coordination needed to scale PMO services across the university. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and helping a growing office operate optimally. Working closely with the PMO Director, the PMO Coordinator supports operational priorities, resource planning, reporting, team coordination, and the development of efficient and scalable PMO practices. Responsibilities may expand based on office priorities, organizational needs, and the successful candidate's experience. This position reports to the Director of the Program Management Office.
