Process Integrity Specialist Fike Corporation, a rapidly growing international manufacturer of pressure relief, explosion protection, fire suppression and detection equipment, has an opportunity for aProcess Integrity Specialist position. Fike is a privately held business located in Blue Springs, MO with over 400 employees locally & over 1,200 employees worldwide. Job Summary: The Process Integrity Specialist supports the organization's process architecture, knowledge management, and continuous improvement strategies. This role is responsible for evaluating and assessing programs' adherence to internal quality systems while maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards, providing feedback for improvement, and guiding the implementation of change, including the management of customer flow downs. This role oversees the transformation of institutional knowledge into structured systems to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and improve overall operational integrity. Primary Responsibilities:
Performs related duties as assigned. Regular and consistent attendance is required. Essential Skills: Project Management. Advanced Risk-Based Auditing. Customer Requirement/Flow Down Management. Change Management. Change Control. Configuration Management. Risk Management. Six Sigma Methodologies. Quality Management Systems (QMS). Root Cause Analysis (CAPA). Communication & Presentation. Problem Solving and Decision Making. Relationship Building and Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work Environment: Work will be performed in a manufacturing, production, or office setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to monitor manufacturing processes, analyze data using computer software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires regular communication with both internal personnel and external agencies or customers. Job Qualifications: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Industrial Technology) or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Four years or more of experience in managing complex projects and programs within a quality or manufacturing environment. Direct experience with process documentation & manufacturing support. Comprehensive knowledge of organizational structure, culture, and advanced industry practice. PREFERRED: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $61,099 to $76,392 a year. May increase depending on the level of experience of the candidate.
