Our approach is unique and flexible in how we interact with customers and broker partners as we collaborate on loss control projects to mitigate injuries and illness and help with compliance needs. Our team also actively attends and presents at professional development conferences to stay current with emerging trends. Role Description As a Risk Control Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients while helping drive profitable growth and book retention through innovative risk management strategies. You'll work independently to coordinate risk control services, educate clients on effective risk management practices, and partner closely with underwriting and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you'll leverage loss data and analytics, foster client relationships for the service team, identify and lead value added engagements for our clients and contribute thought leadership through industry presentations or published content.
