Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating seamless, impactful customer journeys across diverse channels? We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to step into a pivotal role, leading the optimization of our print marketing programs while simultaneously orchestrating complementary digital touchpoints. Your expertise will directly influence how we connect with our audience, translating insights into scalable marketing strategies and fostering innovation during critical high-impact periods.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and implement integrated print and digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints (email, site, push notifications, SMS, and app) seamlessly complement print programs to create high-impact customer journeys.
  • Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies, collaborating with analytics, finance, and campaign operations teams to deliver the right message to the right customer at the optimal time.
  • Drive campaign selection and audience planning, aligning customer choices with business objectives, seasonal priorities, and performance benchmarks.
  • Spearhead testing ideation and roadmap development, encompassing hypothesis creation, test design, and measurement frameworks to continuously enhance performance.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that ensure consistent messaging across print and digital channels.
  • Support weekly reporting and performance analysis to inform real-time adjustments.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign performance analysis and reporting, distilling data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence channel and investment decisions.
  • Analyze financial models and forecasts to evaluate ROI, optimize budget allocation, and support business case development for new initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Campaign Operations, Creative, Finance, Production, Analytics, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all programs.
  • Coordinate approvals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring all campaigns meet marketing requirements while maintaining speed to market.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for print and integrated channel strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing analytics, or customer insights.
  • Strong knowledge of performance KPIs, campaign and testing measurement, and customer segmentation.
  • Direct experience with owned marketing drivers such as Email, Push notifications, SMS, and Direct Mail.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit, actively contributing and seeking input from others.
  • Excellent communication skills, keeping others informed and listening attentively.
  • An innovative mindset, sharing new ideas and applying new methods and technology.
  • Proficiency in data-based decision making, utilizing tools and techniques to interpret data and gather input for strategic choices.
  • A results-driven approach, consistently putting in effort to meet goals and expected outcomes.

Why This Role is Exciting:

You'll have the unique opportunity to shape meaningful customer experiences at scale, test innovative new ideas, and directly influence marketing strategy through data and insights.
