What you will do:

  • Build and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app placements to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Lead CRM initiatives around major launches and brand moments, ensuring maximum impact and customer excitement.
  • Develop sophisticated audience segments for both prospecting and existing customers, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data.
  • Utilize behavioral and transactional data to create dynamic audience segments and deliver tailored messaging at scale.
  • Partner with external vendors to plan and execute strategic acquisition initiatives.
  • Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests to continuously improve key performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics and finance teams to rigorously measure CRM performance, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and track campaign forecasts to predict performance, engagement, business impact, spend, and return on investment.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM strategies with product launches, promotional campaigns, and broader go-to-market initiatives.

What you will bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing, preferably within B2C, fintech, or e-commerce environments.
  • A proven track record of executing multi-channel lifecycle programs that resulted in measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage customer segmentation and build robust testing methodologies.
