Description Clinical Director (Licensed) - Behavioral Health Sedro-Woolley, Washington Telecare Corporation - North Sound Evaluation & Treatment Center #253 Full-Time, Salaried \| 100% In-Person (No Remote/Hybrid) Lead Clinical Excellence. Support Recovery. Make an Impact. Telecare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to lead clinical services at our North Sound Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T) in Sedro-Woolley, WA. North Sound E&T is an inpatient behavioral health program serving adults experiencing acute psychiatric needs who require a secure, structured environment for evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and recovery support. This is a fully onsite leadership position requiring a strong and visible clinical presence within the program. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Administrator, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care. Expected starting salary range is $108,905.47 to $134,542.23. The full salary range extends to $160,178.99. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work or a related behavioral health field Active Washington State independent behavioral health license required LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT Candidates must be fully independently licensed; associate-level licenses do not meet the requirements for this position Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience Experience in inpatient, acute, crisis, or intensive behavioral health settings Experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use needs Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, quality, and behavioral health standards Why This Role Matters As Clinical Director, you will serve as a key clinical leader for North Sound E&T and partner closely with program leadership to ensure: High-quality, compliant clinical care Strong clinical supervision, development, and team performance Effective treatment planning and coordination across disciplines Strong partnerships with community and system stakeholders A culture grounded in recovery, dignity, safety, and person-centered care Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to multidisciplinary team members Establish and maintain strong clinical systems, standards, and best practices Oversee clinical documentation, audits, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance Partner with program leadership on quality improvement, risk mitigation, and clinical outcomes Support staff development through clinical consultation, coaching, and training Participate in incident reviews and continuous quality improvement initiatives Build effective relationships with community partners, referral sources, and behavioral health stakeholders Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services Participate in a structured Administrative On-Call rotation What Sets You Apart Strong clinical judgment and the ability to support teams working with complex behavioral health needs Experience leading clinical teams in an inpatient or high-acuity environment Ability to balance clinical quality, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day program needs Confidence providing clinical supervision, coaching, and staff development Passion for recovery-oriented and person-centered behavioral healthcare Work Environment 100% onsite in Sedro-Woolley, WA; no remote or hybrid option Participation in Administrative On-Call rotation required Position requires regular and visible leadership within the program May include occasional physical activity such as standing, walking, and light lifting Why Telecare Mission-driven organization focused on behavioral health recovery Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an inpatient behavioral health setting Collaborative partnership between clinical, nursing, and operational leadership Opportunities for continued professional and leadership growth Meaningful work supporting individuals with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs EOE AA M/F/V/Disability May vary by location and position type.
