Facilities Landscaper-ILMTS

Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of landscaping around Dot's facilities for the enjoyment of employees, partners, visitors, and candidates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain facilities grounds to ensure a clean and pleasant appearance
• Directs daily grounds work assignments of seasonal, part-time
• Mowing, edging, raking as well as other lawn maintenance
• Trim trees, shrubs, bushes, and replacing or any additions of landscaping
• Maintain sprinkler systems, water features, and all ground equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations

• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• 5+ years golf course or commercial landscaping management experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Equipment maintenance experience

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Management or equivalent experience
• Previous sprinkler system maintenance
• Proficient organization skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Previous safety orientated position

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM

• Working outside in all temperatures and working at heights.

• Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
