Resident Services Coordinator
Responsibilities Under the direction of the Finance Services Manager, the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and City staff by providing professional customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, responding to general inquiries, maintaining accurate records and messages, and ensuring efficient communication between the public and City departments; and performs other related duties as assigned. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES The following duties are typical. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
Greet visitors, residents, contractors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner, providing information and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
