About the Role

As Regal Rexnord continues to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Recruiter to help attract and hire top commercial talent across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the future of our sales organization while partnering directly with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes that support company growth.

In this highly visible position, you will partner closely with sales leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and industry trends to identify opportunities, anticipate hiring demands, and support the acquisition of top sales talent across our organization.

This role is ideal for a proactive and consultative recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. You will play an important role in enhancing Regal Rexnord's employer brand, creating positive candidate experiences, and helping shape the future of our commercial organization through strategic talent acquisition.

Drive Strategic Recruiting Efforts

• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies for sales and commercial positions across multiple business units

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including strategic kickoff meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding support

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical commercial roles, ensuring a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

• Partner closely with leaders to understand business objectives, territory structures, talent gaps, and workforce planning needs

• Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and talent insights to help guide hiring decisions and recruiting strategies

Partner with Business Leaders

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders throughout the hiring process

• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market trends

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop effective workforce plans and support long-term talent acquisition objectives

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) colleagues and HR teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience

Build Exceptional Candidate Experiences

• Create meaningful candidate interactions through consistent communication, transparency, and a consultative approach

• Engage and cultivate relationships with both active and passive sales professionals

• Promote Regal Rexnord's employer brand, culture, career opportunities, and value proposition throughout the recruitment process

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Workday and other talent acquisition systems

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices

• Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to evaluate effectiveness, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement

• Support talent acquisition initiatives, process enhancements, and recruiting projects across the organization

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales, commercial, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Demonstrated success sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies

• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, engineering, or other B2B environments

• Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and other recruiting technologies

• Knowledge of talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and compensation benchmarking

Compensation:

Expected Base Salary Range:$81,000 - $110,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's basepaycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,educationand internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
