About the Role

Step into a pivotal role within a specialized client solutions team, where you will be instrumental in supporting business growth leaders in their pursuit of high-net-worth clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strategic communication and organizational skills to develop world-class proposals and sales presentations. You will be at the heart of the client acquisition process, streamlining the creation of powerful documents that differentiate the firm's wealth management experience and drive scale. Your work will directly enable the firm to expand its client base and strengthen its market position, making a tangible impact on its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate extensively with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather essential information and align on strategic messaging.
  • Develop a deep understanding of investor segments, services, product offerings, and key market opportunities to inform proposal strategies.
  • Lead the creation of compelling written proposals and storylines, working closely with field representatives and partners to secure business from high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.
  • Distill complex financial information into clear, concise, and persuasive recommendations for proposals and presentations.
  • Utilize and format content slides, integrating portfolio analysis reports to construct high-quality, impactful presentations that support business development efforts.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated client-centric focus, consistently prioritizing client needs and aligning actions with service objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage and format content, creating clear and high-quality presentations that achieve business objectives and engage stakeholders.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, superior organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services within a complex organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated experience building robust relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and craft compelling storylines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, program management, sales operations, or client experience.
  • Experience within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of partners, a proactive, can-do attitude, and high adaptability.
