About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful initiatives and enhancing client experiences? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a specialized client solutions team focused on addressing the unique and complex needs of affluent and high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing strategic initiatives that not only improve client satisfaction and drive business growth but also enhance scalability for our specialized client segment. You'll partner across business and technology teams, leveraging your analytical prowess and project management skills to deliver solutions that secure new business and strengthen existing relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference, influencing key decisions and shaping the future of how we serve our most valued clients.

What You'll Do



  • Drive the execution of strategic efforts for specialized client solutions and next-generation initiatives, enhancing the client experience, improving scalability, and supporting business growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop customized financial offering frameworks and supporting structures for specific products.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end planning, aligning with initiative goals, timelines, and requirements.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support decision-making for client solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on program dependencies, financial considerations, and business impacts to inform execution, prioritization, and recommendations.
  • Support the identification, monitoring, and escalation of risks or issues that may impact timely delivery or agreed scope.
  • Provide effective communication and reporting to partners, stakeholders, and leadership through clear updates, analysis, and dashboards that articulate status and impact.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management, collaboration, and issue tracking tools.
  • Change Management and Technology Governance experience.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and business-led development.
  • A deep client-centric orientation, focused on serving investors and personnel within the organization's network.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and building trusted partnerships.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing data, developing business cases, and delivering compelling narratives.
  • Ability to influence leadership, partners, and peers.

  • Experience in Business System Analysis and Software Documentation.
