About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.



What You'll Do

As a Blow Molding Operator, you'll help keep our line moving and our standards high. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Following all plant safety guidelines, food safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Monitoring equipment to maintain a continuous supply of bottles to the filler.
  • Checking bottle quality through required QC testing and making adjustments as needed to ensure excellent results.
  • Keeping accurate and complete documentation of testing and production activity.
  • Managing preform supply and staging, including changing out gaylords as needed.
  • Performing machine changeovers based on the production schedule.
  • Watching inspection systems and utility equipment for trends, alarms, or maintenance needs.
  • Supporting preventive maintenance and completing minor repairs when needed.
  • Following detailed cleaning procedures to keep equipment and work areas in top condition.
  • Collaborating with team members, including line leads and filler operators, to ensure accurate cutoffs and smooth operations.
  • Completing all required paperwork, including traceability and QC logs, at the end of each run.
  • Assisting other operators and machines when additional support is needed.

What You'll Bring:


  • The ability to operate computer terminals and machine HMI touchscreens.
  • Strong math skills and clear communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfort following written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Good fine motor skills for working with equipment and testing tools.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
