We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of promotional operations. As a vital member of the Operations Team, you will be the backbone of administrative, operational, and process support, ensuring that key promotional activities run smoothly. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining accurate reporting, facilitating critical communications, and streamlining meeting logistics. This role offers the chance to truly make a difference by optimizing crucial processes that underpin the delivery of vital health information to the global community.

What You'll Do:



  • Generate weekly reports by extracting information from internal planning dashboards and compiling data, ensuring meticulous formatting and timely distribution to designated stakeholders across all active events.
  • Proactively support the maintenance and completeness of operational dashboards by seeking out missing or incomplete information from stakeholders and escalating issues to the Operations team for timely resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to routine process-related questions received through the team's shared mailbox, providing clear guidance on established processes, tools, and operational procedures, while maintaining professional and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate key operational meetings, including planning and execution, maintaining and updating calendar invitations and distribution lists, preparing and distributing agenda emails, posting presentation materials to the internal collaboration platform, and assisting with meeting logistics and follow-up activities.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for ongoing initiatives, assisting with process documentation, tracking activities, status reporting, special projects, and additional operational tasks as assigned.

  • Proficiency in promotional content management systems or project management platforms.
  • Direct experience with label update processes.

The target hiring compensation for this role is $85-90K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
