Braintree, MA | Atrius Health Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in Braintree. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage a patient panel while working within a collaborative, value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and whole-person care. Position HighlightsThe Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) functions as an independent primary care provider responsible for the comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of care for an assigned panel of patients. This role is intended for experienced APCs who have demonstrated readiness to independently manage a full primary care panel within a coordinated, value-based care environment. Providers practice in a collaborative team model and assume accountability for clinical decision-making, care coordination, and outcomes over time.
The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $190,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
