Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of complex administrative functions, supporting all levels of management and external business partners.
  • Manage intricate schedules, ensuring optimal time utilization for leadership.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and efficiently process business expenses.
  • Organize and execute meetings and events, from planning to successful completion.
  • Support department financial operations, ensuring smooth processing and record-keeping.
  • Assist with personnel and facility operations, contributing to a well-managed work environment.
  • Manage the procurement of essential goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective vendor relationships.
  • Provide general office support, maintaining an organized and productive workspace.
  • Serve as a primary contact for the department/group, facilitating communication and information flow.
  • Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

  • Demonstrated ability in procurement and vendor relationship management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
