Director of Revenue Generation Marketing

Note:

- This role is onsite in Houston, TX (relocation offered).

- Hours: M - Th / 9am - 6:30pm, F / 9am - 4pm, expect a later evening 1 night per week.

- We are seeking talent who showcase tenure at past employment. Idealy no more than 3 companies in the last 10 years.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align directly with executive business goals, driving significant expansion into new markets and service lines in close collaboration with sales leadership.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team singularly focused on pipeline growth, digital campaigns, partnership initiatives, and the development of compelling content and thought leadership.
• Establish a unified revenue operations framework, optimizing the marketing-to-sales handoff process to dramatically accelerate pipeline velocity and enhance conversion rates across multiple sales organizations.
• Drive innovation by implementing AI-enabled sales and pre-sale processes, including advanced prospect research, market intelligence, and sophisticated lead scoring, while continuously optimizing CRM performance dashboards for actionable insights.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by actively recruiting and developing exceptional on-shore and off-shore talent, including AI resources, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Serve as a key executive sponsor for critical clients, prospective partners, and industry events, translating invaluable market insights directly into agile and effective GTM strategy adjustments.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B revenue generation within marketing of a professional services or consulting industry.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue, optimizing complex marketing and sales funnels, and successfully leveraging AI-driven marketing technologies in fast-paced, matrixed organizational environments.
