This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to sterile technique, and experience handling endoscopic equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Surgical Technologist Certification required Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (ARC/STSA) NBSTSA certification required Current OR or Ambulatory Surgery experience Knowledge of: Surgical instrumentation and equipment Sterile and aseptic technique Endoscope care and handling Commitment to I.C.A.R.E. standards Ability to provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care Additional Job Details (if applicable) Remote Type Onsite Work Location 1133 Centre Street Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Employee Type Regular Work Shift Day (United States of America) Pay Range $33.25 - $38.15/Hourly Grade 4 At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
