Are you a technically minded content professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a front-end development team, playing a pivotal role in the creation, testing, and maintenance of a proprietary modular content system. This is an exceptional opportunity to build specialized expertise in modular content systems, navigate regulated content workflows, and master digital content operations within a critical industry. You will directly contribute to shaping how essential healthcare information is delivered across various digital channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and broad reach.

This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and testing of modular content solutions and workflows for diverse digital channels, including emails, alerts, banner ads, and tablet devices.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure smooth content delivery.
• Assist with updates, corrections, and feedback to guarantee timely and accurate content deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for modular content.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Developers, Design Managers, and Modular Content Design Specialists to achieve shared goals.
• Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and delivery processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with tools, processes, and emerging digital content trends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a design, content, or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on technical collaboration.
• Familiarity with modular content tools and workflows for cross-channel and multilingual content development.
• A team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to shared goals.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XML.
• Familiarity with relevant design software.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

The target hiring compensation for this role is $40-45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
