Global Banking & Markets: Change Management

The Global Banking & Markets Change Management Team is searching for dedicated individuals who thrive in a collaborative and challenging environment to join our team. Global Change Managers serve as program or project managers on high priority initiatives within the Global Banking & Markets Division. You will work alongside front to back teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented across the portfolio. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to influence and drive working groups to deliver these complex projects on time, within budget and with high quality.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Partner with Front to Back teams including Operations, Design and Engineering to develop, implement and deliver complex and strategic cross divisional initiatives
  • Leverage project management methodologies and demonstrate excellence in the project toolkit to provide transparency to senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines and delivery risks
  • Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while proposing solutions and mitigants
  • Effective in leading discovery and requirement discussions with experience in developing testing strategies aligned to realising business benefits
  • Ability to clearly articulate key project matters (incl. reporting and escalations) across all levels of the organisation, throughout Front Office, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Design teams
  • Provide oversight over the project book of work, ensuring cross project dependencies, efficiencies and budget are aligned and proactively managed
  • Facilitate the performance of quality assurance testing, migration plans and post implementation reviews

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4+ years' relevant experience, preferably in a business analysis / project / program management function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and business analysis experience
  • Project management skills including project scope, definition, requirements, risk management, status reporting and testing
  • A proven track record of planning and driving delivery of projects. Has delivered results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budget
  • Strategic thinker able to effectively problem solve in a collaborative environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry, technology strategy or in a client service or business function and / or management consulting
  • Core knowledge base of Global Banking & Markets
  • Demonstrate understanding of Financial Services & Operations workflows, processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence or similar applications
  • Knowledge of OKR frameworks and roadmaps
  • Working knowledge of using AI to gain efficiencies within financial services

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $80000-$135000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
