The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions supports the advancement of a repeatable, enterprise-wide AI capability system across HOLT Group, helping translate business needs into practical AI solutions that drive measurable impact.
This role serves as an enterprise resource across HOLT companies and functions, partnering with business leaders, IT, BI, operations, and continuous improvement teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value AI opportunities. The position bridges strategy and execution-helping the organization move from experimentation to scalable adoption by contributing to the processes, tools, and standards that enable AI to be applied effectively and responsibly. Additionally, this role helps ensure AI is applied consistently across the organization while accelerating both innovation and operational performance.
The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions helps shape how HOLT leverages AI to empower people, accelerate innovation, and deliver business outcomes-while fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Essential Functions


  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
Enterprise AI Capability & Operating Model


  • Contributes to the development and evolution of a repeatable AI operating model, including use case intake, prioritization, and execution workflows

  • Collaborates with Marketing, IT, BI, AI Council members, and operational stakeholders to support alignment on priorities, governance, and delivery approaches

  • Helps define and refine standards, playbooks, and reusable solution patterns that enable scalable AI adoption

  • Supports the establishment of responsible AI practices in partnership with IT, BI, security, legal, and operational stakeholders

  • Assists in shaping structured approaches for transitioning AI solutions from prototype to production

AI Opportunity Development & Execution


  • Partners with business leaders across central support, sales, and operations to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases

  • Builds prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable solution patterns that demonstrate practical business value

  • Accelerates execution by identifying opportunities to reduce development time and cost through AI-enabled approaches

  • Collaborates with IT and development teams to determine appropriate paths to scale solutions where needed

Enterprise AI Enablement & Adoption


  • Designs and deliver targeted workshops for power users, advancing applied AI capability within business functions

  • Supports power users in developing and completing high-impact use cases while identifying roadblocks and capability gaps

  • Helps identify talent who can utilize dedicated AI support to accelerate AI innovation within their focus areas

  • Drives adoption by equipping teams to reimagine workflows and solve problems using AI

Tools, Ecosystem, & External Partnerships


  • Guides enterprise awareness, evaluation, and responsible use of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging platforms

  • Serves as a trusted advisor on the evolving AI landscape and its practical applications within HOLT

  • Acts as a key liaison with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure alignment and value realization

Measurement & Value Realization


  • Defines and tracks AI impact metrics, including adoption, use case progression, and business outcomes

  • Establishes visibility into revenue growth, cost savings, productivity improvements, and operational impact

  • Provides structured reporting on AI pipeline, adoption, and realized value to leadership

  • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Experience working across business, technology, and operational teams in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and emerging capabilities, with the ability to evaluate and apply them effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with sound judgment

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly

  • Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable systems, frameworks, and operating models

Requirements

Education and Experience:
Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • 5-10+ years of experience in business, technology, operations, or related disciplines

  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to solve business problems

  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept to execution

Preferred


  • Experience building prototypes or working with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

  • Experience contributing to processes, frameworks, or operating models within complex organizations

  • Experience partnering with IT, data, or engineering teams to scale solutions

  • Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or technology partners

  • Experience in a dealer, distributed, or multi-location business environment

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role may evolve to include leadership responsibilities as the enterprise AI capability expands. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Travel:

  • Travel up to 25%. This may include trips across HOLT territory for training and collaboration with team as well as conference or continuing education events
Work Environment:


  • This job is generally performed in a professional office; in environmentally controlled conditions, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion

  • Frequently operates at a fast pace with competing priorities and evolving business needs

Physical Requirements:


  • This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

  • Occasionally moves or transports items weighing up to 10lbs.

  • This position frequently communicates with internal and external stakeholders; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
