Marketing Communications Specialist

his role supports our Canadian Wound and Tissue Repair business and is based in Oakville, ON in a hybrid work setting.
Major Areas of Accountability This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to sharpen and develop their Marketing Communications skills as part of an ambitious team. This position will support our Sr. Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with our sales, clinical and global teams to support initiatives across Canada. The main job functions for this role include: Content Management:
- Supporting creation/updates of marketing assets and toolboxes for Sales, including brochures, clinical case studies, application posters and videos by working with internal and external designers
- Ensure marketing materials are following regulatory guidelines and brand standards, through approval routing (PromoMats)
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Help execute advertising campaigns focused on healthcare professionals
- Executional support of our marketing communications plan; including paid social, paid search, print advertising and marketing automation (Eloqua)
- Assisting with creation of campaign landing pages and email flows in collaboration with internal web and marketing automation teams, and other partners as needed
- Managing requests for microsite/website changes
- Lead management support and reporting
Sales Enablement & Asset Distribution:
- Asset management, including updates and maintenance of our Sales enablement platform (Showpad)
- Literature fulfillment through third parties (Printeca)
- Manage French translations through third parties to support our campaigns in Canada
HCP Engagement & Operations:
- Coordination of tradeshows for WTR in Canada
- Manage HCP (Health Care Professional) contracting workflow

Requirements
- Essential competencies include
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other relevant fields of study
- 3+ years' successful experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within medical devices, healthcare or another highly regulated industry
- Strong communication, project management and organizational skills
- Highly detail oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience working with internal/external designers
- Willingness to join a team in a fast-paced environment that values listening, mutual respect, and collaboration
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis and willing to travel, including the possibility of international travel (to include the US) up to 10%.

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
