JOB DETAILS

Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs

Job Summary

Production Associate 1 performsentry-level assembly and/or glass productionofWindows & Doors.Followswell-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborateswith experienced teammates to develop new skills.Meetssafety, quality,and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets whilemaintainingproduction flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices andwearrequired PPEat all times.

• Fabricate, assemble,andliftwindowand/or doorunits.

• Workto an establishedproductionrate.

• Identifyproblemsandcommunicate issues.

• Perform housekeepingdutiesin designated work areas.

• Assistwith training co-workers.

• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed byleadership.

Physical Requirements& Work Environment

• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.

• Frequent walking, bending, reaching,twisting,lifting, and using repetitive motion.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions.

• Required use ofappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.

• Ability to safely move materials andoperatehand and power tools as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.

• Manufacturing and tapemeasure experiencepreferred.
