Position Summary Parker-Hannifin in Greenfield, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-performance production area in support of the Corporate WIN Strategy. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement while developing team members, supporting lean manufacturing practices, and ensuring consistent execution of standard work. The Production Supervisor will provide direct leadership to production team members and interact with employees at all levels of the organization, customers, and external contacts. Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor manages daily operations within the production area while building a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for training and developing employees, assigning work, supporting cross-training, coaching and counseling team members, and administering corrective action when needed. This role has direct reports and is expected to lead by example, remove barriers to performance, and ensure the team is aligned to daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Shift / Schedule: This position will support either 2nd or 3rd shift operations. Responsibilities
