Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Omaha, NE

Duration: 8 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite | 5 Days/Week (Any 8 hours between 6 am CST to 10 PM CST.)

Shift Timings - Morning (6 AM to 7:00 PM CST)

Afternoon (12 PM to 10 PM CST)


Job Summary

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account servicing, maintenance requests, and online platform support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with account servicing and maintenance requests.
  • Update customer information, including contact details and beneficiary information.
  • Support PIN/password-related requests.
  • Help clients navigate online tools and platforms.
  • Resolve customer inquiries while delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain service quality.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude.


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Experience using web-based and internal applications
