Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges. Description Develops and maintains project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite. Interprets plans and specifications to support schedule development and updates. Performs basic quantity take-offs to inform schedule durations and resource needs. Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather schedule inputs. Monitors progress and updates schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities. Generates and distributes schedule reports to internal and external stakeholders. Assists in preparing contract billings and claims documentation based on schedule data. Supports strategic planning by identifying potential delays and recommending adjustments. Maintains clear communication with project teams to ensure alignment on schedule expectations. Uses HCSS HeavyBid and other tools to integrate cost and schedule data. Applies basic time management techniques to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Contributes to forecasting efforts by analyzing trends and projecting future work. Supports documentation of claims and change events related to schedule impacts. Participates in project meetings and provides schedule-related updates and insights. Performs other duties as assigned.
