General Responsibilities:

Terracon's Total Rewards team is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to help improve our HR systems and employee experience through innovation, automation, and strong partnership. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR systems experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM knowledge, technical curiosity, and strong analytical skills. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with work from home four days per week and in-office collaboration on Tuesdays. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

*Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, aligning HRIS capabilities with business and HR strategy.
*Act as an escalation point for complex system and data issues.
*Manage HRIS-related projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
*Participate in quarterly release management, including impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment of new features.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls impacting HR systems.
*Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation.
*Partner with IT to configure system configuration, security roles, and data integrity controls.
*Perform mass data updates using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL.
*Write functional specification requirements and complete end-to-end system testing to ensure functionality and compliance.
*Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and trends.
*Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
*Partner with IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to manage system integrations.
*Provide Tier 2/3 production support and resolution of complex technical issues.
*Develop and maintain system documentation, business process workflows, and training materials.
*Deliver training and guidance to HR users and stakeholders.
*Special analysis and other projects may be assigned.
*Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
*Maintain quality standards on all projects.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 7 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 11 years' experience.
*Subject matter expertise in one or more HR platforms and capabilities including Oracle Fusion Cloud, MarketPay, and Qualtrics.
*Expert level Excel skills. Access skills preferred.
*Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
