Evaluates mortgage loan applications to determine applicant's creditworthiness, income stability, and ability to repay the loan. Review and analyze financial documents, including income statements, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports to assess the applicant's financial status. Adherence to agency lending guidelines, with a strong analytical, detail oriented and sound ability to make judgements in accordance with regulatory requirements and investor and company policies. |

Knowledge and Skills: |

Experience |
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. |

Education |
