JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing all aspects of planning, coordination, and communication for group sales, private parties, store events, and community and hotel partnerships. Drives customer engagement and revenue growth by creating and executing exceptional in-store experiences, sales programs, and events that attract new and returning guests. Develops and maintains strategic local partnerships to increase brand awareness and traffic. Leads the planning and execution of influencer, VIP, media, public relations, and celebrity visits, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience that supports business objectives and enhances the location's market presence.
