Position Summary The Digital IT Technical Specialist (Level 1) is responsible for the implementation and support of highly secure and resilient information technology solutions and is considered a subject matter expert. Accountable for delivery of technical systems/solutions, plus the architecture and documentation within their area of technical expertise, supporting enterprise and global environments while focused on continuous improvement in support of the IT strategic vision and roadmap. We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Specialist to join our team. The IAM Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access control to our systems and applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the organization's IAM strategy and security posture. The role focuses on internal workforce identity lifecycle and governance, customer identity integration, and privileged access controls. This role will provide advanced operational support, automation, and architecture input for identity platforms while mentoring junior administrators and contributing to IAM roadmap initiatives.
